Our 12 week small group programme is designed exclusively for women navigating perimenopause, menopause, weight gain, low energy, and confidence dips.
This is not a bootcamp.
It’s not about punishment or pressure.
It’s about progress, power, and feeling good in your own skin

2 weekly small group strength sessions (max 6 women per group)
